Refund Policy
Digital goods are non-refundable once delivered. Because products are downloadable files, a purchase is considered delivered the moment download links are issued and the receipt email is sent.
Refundable
If your download links never worked — e.g. the file is corrupt, links expired immediately, or delivery failed entirely — you are eligible for a full refund.
Not refundable
Change of mind, accidental purchase after downloading, missing software to open files (e.g. no Excel), or dissatisfaction after successful delivery.
How refunds work: refunds are reviewed and issued manually by the store admin via the original payment method. Request one by emailing hello@mogostore.com with your order ID and a description of the delivery failure, or use our contact page. Approved refunds remove access to the downloads.
