About these terms

Mogostore sells digital products (downloadable files with optional license keys). Mogostore Software Solutions Pvt. Ltd. operates this store. By creating an account, placing an order, or downloading a purchase, you agree to these terms.
These terms, together with our Refund Policy and Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and us.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, India.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized use.
You must provide a valid email address; order confirmations and download links are sent to it.
We may suspend or close accounts used for fraud, chargeback abuse, or redistribution of purchased files.

An order is confirmed only when payment succeeds (verified by our payment provider's webhook). Prices are calculated server-side at checkout; coupons are validated at that moment.
After payment you receive a receipt email containing secure download links and, where applicable, license keys.
Download links are personal, expire after a limited window, and allow a limited number of downloads per product. If your links expire before you could download, contact us and we will re-issue them.

Unless a product page states otherwise, buying a product grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and use the files for your own purposes.
You may not resell, redistribute, share, publish, or upload the files or license keys anywhere else, whether for money or for free.
License keys are single-seat unless explicitly marked otherwise.

Do not attempt to bypass download limits, link expiry, rate limits, or access controls.
Do not scrape the store, automate purchases, or interfere with the payment webhook flow.
Automated access is allowed only via official integrations we provide.

Digital goods are non-refundable once successfully delivered. See the Refund Policy for the limited cases where a refund applies (e.g., delivery failure) and how to request one.

Products are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind beyond those required by law. We do not guarantee fitness for a particular purpose.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits or data.

We may update these terms as the store evolves; the current version on this page applies to new orders from its publication date.
